Grafton Mountain Home Care was founded in 2021.  Working as a registered nurse, it became evident that if more home care services were available, we could keep clients in their home environment longer. Living in a rural area draws attention to the desperate need for these services to be available locally.  We are here to help our clients and families as they face challenges associated with aging and other medical ailments.
